Shipping is always free within New Zealand for products over $20 which includes packaging and courier service. Internationally I use NZ post standard shipping.
If your item arrives and there is a problem, or if it's not exactly as perfect as you imagined you are welcome to send it back and I will refund you or swap for another item free of charge.
